Background
First Dance owners Honey Larsen & Buddy Stotts, won 1st place titles including: US Open Swing Dance Championships, Virginia State Swing Fling, Hustle USA & American Swing Dance Championships.
Both taught at major independent NYC dance studios. Teaching Highlights: Lincoln Center “Midsummer Nights’ Swing”, South Street Seaport Sony Records/Julio Inglesias’ “Tango” CD, and celebrities including Peter Jennings, Jeff Prost (Survivor Host) and Matthew Modine.
Buddy has appeared On Broadway in A Chorus Line & Barnum. Honey appeared Off B-way & began her ballroom career in American Ballroom Theatre. Film & TV credits include: Sabrina, First Wives’ Club, Blue In the Face, Cosby Mysteries, USA Up All Night & Good Day New York.
